WEBSITE WOAHS: Sorry but we have been off line a few days. Working on a new site but were not ready apparently and have had all kinds of tech issues. Looking forward to a new Square site that will have our entire inventory available online with an eye toward “curbside” pick up this Winter. Order you meal worms, Lazers and whatever and have them waiting for you so you can hit the ice. Not so sure all the glitches are fixed still working on things. Thanks for your support.

2025 EAGLE CLAW COLORADO CLASSIC ICE FISHING TOURNAMENT SERIES Have been getting lots of inquiries THANK YOU!! Dates are January 11, Feb 8, March 8 we should have sign up on line ready by mid November.

CURRENT CONDITIONS: Fantastic Fall weather continues and the bite is heating up as the water temp cools. Lake is open to boating until October 31. Water level down just a little and water clarity an issue on the West end lots of crud but not the East. Both ramps at North Shore open. Witchers Cove closed for the season. Weather forecasting colder temps but no real snow accumulation expected. We’ll see but colder weather and a little snow good for hunting and fishing. With Spinney closed and great weather the Park saw a one boat in one boat out policy in place for almost two hours on Saturday. That’s pretty unheard of for past Octobers.

BOAT RENTAL: Still available reservations highly recommended. Less equipment available as we winterize and wrap it up. The weekend of Oct 26-27 will be our last boat rentals

THE PARK IN OFF SEASON AND WINTER: Eleven Mile is a wonderful place to visit in the Fall and Winter. The Summer crowds become a memory and serenity sets in. The scenery and wildlife are most enjoyable and the fishing and catching are great. This October is starting off with spectacular weather and some pretty darn good catches.

Ice normally tends to arrive in coves and on the West end first. We generally don’t see much until mid to late November. It is rare to ice fish on Thanksgiving but it has happened. Look to early December if we are lucky. Last year saw Eleven Mile with pretty good ice compared to most places. We are getting our ice fishing offerings on the store floor. Stop in for a pre ice fishing chat. We have our Ice Lazers and Tiny Tots on display now. Only available at the Marina since we make them ourselves.

The maps have GPS coordinates on them so you just can't miss. We want you to be successful here at the Mile. Get a map we will MARK IT UP with the hot spots. WE ARE HERE FISHING EVERYDAY AND CAN PUT YOU ON THE FISH. Spinney Maps are officially unavailable and no longer in production. You can probably find them other places but we are out. Plenty of Eleven Mile in stock get yours with all the hot spots marked up today. Information is gold for catching

TROUT:GOOD: The bite is on and the next two weeks should be strong. Boat and shore showing what big fish catching is like. Bait, Lure, Fly its all on the table. Better grab your gear and make one last trip. How can you not when the prospect of catching a Lunker is very good with cooperative weather. Stop in for the latest info. Many baits are working.

KOKANEE SALMON: POOR: No good reports beyond fish moving up river.

NORTHERN PIKE: VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT: Lots of great fish being caught. Bite times vary but late morning through most of the day have seen moments of greatness. You might even get an early morning one. No need to run West they are biting all over the lake. We like Howbert, Witchers Cove and East Bay. Sticks, spoons, streamer flies and tube jig have all produced. You might want to give the Rapala X-Rap a try in the Clown pattern size 8, 10 or 12.

SPECIAL NOTE: 11 Mile Marina is located at the North Shore in Eleven Mile State Park, Lake George Colorado. A CPW Park Pass is required on all vehicles entering the Park. Any fees for Guide/Outfitter/Rental services do not include Park fees, CO fishing license or gratuities.
